Horizon sent technician DJ Macri to our home to service our heater and water pump. He arrived on time, performed the necessary service, and cordially answered all our questions without making us feel that he had to rush out. The charge was reasonable, considering the services needed. We have no regrets having chosen Horizon and will not hesitate to call them again.
Our 14 year old hot water heater started running and leaking from the top early Saturday morning . Luckily we were home to shut it off, I called Horizon and they had a tech come right out, Niheem was great he explained patiently everything to us and quoted the job with different options. We were worried about the price and he contacted his manager and had additional coupons added, saving us $500. The work was expertly done and we are very happy with the quality of the job. We will definitely use Horizon again.
Andrew was great. He explained everything thoroughly, went over all options and clearly told me my exact costs. He did a great job replacing my hot water tank and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Horizon Services again and will request Andrew!
