Ed Cambero from Horizon Services provided us with exceptional service today. Our air conditioner went out on us for the second time this summer. Our bedroom was 82 degrees last night and it was very difficult to sleep. We called for service this morning. Ed came out this afternoon and things were not looking good. He continued to troubleshoot and found several valve leaks. I am happy to report that our air is working tonight. We thank him for all his hard work and effort.
The Horizon Services representative was excellent in servicing my heating system. He proceeded in a very professional way. His name was Amari Munn and I have requested to have him come back next April to service our cooling system.
The technician Fran that came out today was great . He was very thorough and knowledgeable and cleaned up after the service. He answered all my questions and also emailed me pictures of the services performed and explained everything to Detail .
