Technician (I'm afraid I don't recall his name) showed up on time and got directly to work. He was very thorough in his inspection and testing of our heating system. Also, very friendly and polite. Strongly recommend Hutchinson!
I chose Hutchinson’s HVAC & Plumbing to install a new Carrier heater and a/c because the sales gentleman that came to my house was very honest and explained the Contract and the Carrier system that would best fit my budget and best for my home. My install person was John C. who was also very courteous and professional. After installation John explained the whole install to me and what was brought up to code for my inspector. I have to say, I was extremely satisfied with John and his crew. They worn plastic socks over their shoes and put drop tarps down on my carpet and flooring. Called and made an appointment for 2/3/2024 between 10am-2pm. They called me back 20 minutes after making an appointment and said they just had a cancellation and a tech can be there in about 40 minutes I told them to send him. James Duke showed up in about 35 minutes. My issue was my thermostat could not connect with the hub. After about 40 minutes James had my thermostat up and running. I highly recommend Hutchinson for all your HVAC needs.
