We recently bought a house and needed to replace the HVAC system. We got a few estimates and ended up going with Sanders, primarily because of their attention to detail and thinking through what was going to be the best for a replacement system. Many HVAC companies just want to come in and replace whatever you have with a new version of the same thing without considering proper sizing, ducting, etc. Rich and Bill from Sanders took a lot of time to think through the best way to do things and answer all our questions. We cannot thank Sanders enough for the job they did! We have a very old house 100+ years and we wanted to install a whole new HVAC system (Heat and central a/c). After reaching out to many companies we found Sanders to be the most direct and communicative.Rich and the team came in and walked us through the job exactly how we wanted it. Rich was very professional and punctual with everything. He responded to every question we had in a timely manner and with no delay. The rest of the team was also great. I was fortunate enough to speak with Bill from Sanders. He provided great information about my issues while making it super easy to understand and set clear expectations with amazing pricing. MUCH less than the first quote from a big competitor. not only did i have a brand new water and sewer line installed, Bill's team worked efficiently and left my house looking like no one stepped in it!
