“We had the entire the heat pump system installed by ComfortWorks and the entire crew under Lou are very professional. They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. Extra kudos go to Mason and Jared for being so nice and so courteous. The system works well as cooling and we are anticipating a warm and cozy winter from the system.
10/15/2025 : Now that the weather is cooler, it's time to let everyone know that we are EXTREMELY happy with the heat the system provides. We have a separate unit installed in the bedroom and we are very impressed with the level of noise ( or to be exact the lack of noise) when it runs. I'll probably will come back to add more comment again after I get the electric bill next month.“

It was deemed that the unit needed replacing by the manufacturer. Today after many struggles trying to get everything working properly the unit was finally replaced.
