“Dom helped me to understand the problems going on with my AC Unit and how I can move forward so easily! I couldn’t have asked for a better and nicer technician who really cared and made the process feel a lot less overwhelming! Looking forward to working with Professor Gatsby’s in the near future and will definitely recommend them going forward! :)”
“I called ACE because Weil Mclain listed them as a Certified Dealer. I have a high efficiency boiler, gas heat for baseboards. The house is 75 years old and the unit is about 15 years old.
I had a different, very reputable company come out first. They said immediately that my unit was at least 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Lucky for me, they could get me into a SJ Gas program that provides new insulation and 10 year no interest for a brand new unit...just $145/month with $0 down and 0% interest. $145 x 12 months x 10 years = over $17,000!!!
Ace gave my unit a complete new kit, and took over 2 1/2 hours to replace gaskets, igniter, and other parts. Total bill was $775!
It runs GREAT! My tech was Harry. He took his time and was very conscientious ! I highly recommend ACE, especially if you have an unusual heater like I do!
