“Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. By the close of business Friday, I had my choice of proposals and an appointment for Monday morning. They laid down drop cloths to protect the carpet , clean n inspected the gas stove as required, installed new remote control system, explained all aspects of the work performed an left the work area better then they found it.“

They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. 10/15/2025 : Now that the weather is cooler, it's time to let everyone know that we are EXTREMELY happy with the heat the system provides. We have a separate unit installed in the bedroom and we are very impressed with the level of noise ( or to be exact the lack of noise) when it runs. I'll probably will come back to add more comment again after I get the electric bill next month.“
