Our A/C system went down over a Holiday Weekend (naturally) & during a terrible heat wave. Fortunately, I am under a maintenance contract, so Earle returned my call almost immediately after my leaving a vm & was able to get to my house within 2 hours of that call. He was able to detect the problem almost immediately & had the defective part on his truck, so my AC system was good-to-go in a short period of time. Earle was totally professional & got the job done without fuss, as I am accustomed to from all of the Alber technicians. Great company to work with for the many years that I have.
