Tankless hot water service since shower was turning cold after 3-4 minutes. Technician believes the water flow was good and the system is working as required. A descaling services was recommended and completed. 2 day later and continuing onward, the shower is back to cold water after 3-4 minutes of hot.
I plan to call the plumbing service to have them address the issue that was not completely fixed.
Lastly, the Technician broke my cold water shut-off valve leading to my tankless box and it was not fixed. He said it snapped when he tried to shut down.
