“Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took care of the problem in a couple of minutes and left us with our home heated with very reasonable invoice.
Almost forgot to mention that they came like lightning in spite of the weekend evening.

“I don’t get impressed too often. ICC impresses. Anne Marie was wonderful to deal with, from scheduling the estimate to holding an installation date for me as I committed to another estimate and to guiding me through all the in betweens. Santos came in with an extremely reasonable and fair price for a quality product. Todd, Marcus, Robert and John worked hard, meticulous and clean doing the install on a pretty hot day. This company is old school American blue collar. I recommend them highly for their honesty and hard, thorough work!!!! ??“

“Very good experience with Artem HVAC. I checked them out because of a recommendation from one of their previous customers. They had a couple of different systems to choose from, and I chose the one I felt worked best for me. They did not try to sell me any one type. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and gave me lots of great advice on small things I could do myself to save on heating and cooling costs. He also took care of everything. “We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time.
