John did a great job and was on time and kept it straight with me, was fast and efficient all with a great attitude! Would recommend to all. Ray did a great job setting up the appointment and following through that the job went well!

Our hvac unit has had the same problem for three years. The tech comes in replaces parts and the system is OK for a while. I have a service contract but I was told weekend service will be $149 extra. I refused to pay this amount. Not sure if it is clearly stated in the contract. Rheem brand will never be my choice.

Very happy with the work and the the installers. Our first heat pump unit was installed on Jan. 29th, 2024. We do plan on having another unit installed in the near future. Look forward to working with Pro Energy again.
