We had an 85 year old sewer pipe split open behind a living room wall and by the end of the work day it was repaired and our master bath was usable again. The follow up restoration company was there prior to the repair and provided the cleanup and removal of all contaminated debris from the basement below. “I am writing this on behalf of my parents who have used ICC for their heating and air conditioning needs over the last 5-6 years since they have moved into their 55+ over community. While I am not always there to help them, I call ICC whenever they have any issues or want to schedule a regular maintenance visit.

Five years ago when they first moved into their current home, my parents wanted to install a more energy efficient unit (at a higher cost). They could have installed the higher cost unit, but patiently explained to me and my parents that the costs savings, especially in a state (NJ) where you would not be running the A/C all year round, would not make up for the price difference through the savings earned from a higher efficiency unit.

I joined the club membership that they have and for only $44 a month they change my air filters and humidifier pads, do safety inspections, check for gas and refrigerant leaks, clean the entire system avoiding deterioration, in that club they also include parts and repairs, they have 24/7 service, if you have an emergency they do everything possible to help you. The owner is a very honest person and always willing to help the client.
