We had a piece of trim capping fly off our chimney during one of those storms and Robert showed up the same day I called him to take a look at it. He took his time to explain everything and was very responsive to any follow up questions I had after he left.

We had an excellent experience with Payel and all her staff in the Monroe office who were very helpful in accommodating our need for a temporary caregiver for my husband so I could attend a 3 day family reunion with peace of mind . None of the other agencies I contacted were willing to assist us on a temporary basis . My husband was pleased with all of the caregivers that came from Comfort Keepers. We would definitely use this location again when the need arises .We felt in good hands with Payel who did the home visit.

I did a walk in with my 2 year old today to get his hair cut and they were amazing! My son laughed and talked the whole time. It was such a pleasant experience! The staff was wonderful and the hair dresser was a sweetheart! I would also like to say how wonderful the owner is! After learning about my two year old son's cancer journey she waved the fee of the haircut. I literally cried as soon as I got back into my car with my son. It was one of the best experiences I've had so far with any hair salon and I will 1000% be coming back regularly to get my son's hair cut. The hair dresser made it a fun and enjoyable experience for my son and he can't wait for his sister to come home from school so he can show her his hair!

The little strip mall where it is located on Route 42 North looks a little worn, but you won't be sorry if you book here.

This was my second time here and I came on a Monday around noon. It wasn't very busy so I didn't feel rushed and the woman who attended me took great care of me. I have had her previously and my experience was the same then. For the quality and time, the price is well worth it. The scenery inside was very nice and they have a TV playing to help pass the time. I would recommend to anyone!
Today was my first pedicure here. I got the basic pedi which was the best I have ever had. She used hot stones and gave me a 20 minute leg and foot massage. The salon is very clean and I was very comfortable. I will return.

I drove 50 minutes to get my root retouch by Anastasia, who also dyed my black hair a vibrant red copper. She did an exceptional job! The salon exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of a home service. The staff, particularly the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon and would definitely return. Anastasia is an expert if you’re looking to dye your hair a bold color or any color, for that matter!

Throughout our bathroom remodeling experience we've dealt with several characters of varying levels of trustworthiness, but Frank at Burroughs is easily one of the best people I've dealt with throughout all my years of home ownership. Extremely responsive, reliable and friendly. He helped me select the trim work for our bathroom offering insight on things I didn't even think of (as a long time DIYer). Long story short, we dealt with a character that was highly dishonest in a GC - and when that GC was no longer enlisted by us, we couldn't retrieve the materials from Burroughs as my little 03 Ford Ranger wouldn't be able to accommodate the 16 linear foot size of materials. Frank came and dropped it off at our house on his own time. THAT level of service is missing today in so many places. There is no question they will have any and all of our business going forward.

The truth is they are lovely people, who are just too old to cut a GIANT SCHNAUZER ? the truth is they are absolutely incredible at their craft to groom your dog. The truth is they were wonderful to talk to and Greg and I had so many talks about life over the years.
They deserve nothing less then 5 stars no matter what anyone says as a crappy 1 off. They made my Layla look so good and I always get so many incredible compliments here’s some money shots.
