“Denis knows his stuff. He was like my 6 or 7 call to just get an estimate on some repairs and kept it honest with me. Explained everything in detail and gave me great insight, while others were trying to over charge me for work. When I say overcharge, I mean OVERCHARGE and Denis gave me the real info. Came in fixed one issue, noticed another issue . . .proceeded to give me next steps for the next issue and resolved it all at a reasonable cost. Always shop around in my opinion but Denis did amazing work and I have shared his information with people in my circle to work with him over anyone else. Thank you guys again for the great work.”

“I am writing this on behalf of my parents who have used ICC for their heating and air conditioning needs over the last 5-6 years since they have moved into their 55+ over community. While I am not always there to help them, I call ICC whenever they have any issues or want to schedule a regular maintenance visit.<br><br>Five years ago when they first moved into their current home, my parents wanted to install a more energy efficient unit (at a higher cost). They could have installed the higher cost unit, but patiently explained to me and my parents that the costs savings, especially in a state (NJ) where you would not be running the A/C all year round, would not make up for the price difference through the savings earned from a higher efficiency unit.<br><br>A few years ago when my parents were away from their home, they noticed through their smart thermostat that the heat was not working in the middle of the winter. They called ICC and they took care of the issue without my parents having to return home from visiting their grandchildren.<br><br>Most recently Marco, one of their service tech/installers came for a regular service visit, but went above and beyond with helping my parents with an issue that they were having with cooling in certain parts of the home. I highly recommend ICC for their honesty, the integrity and knowledge of their technicians for any heating and air conditioning needs that you may have.”
