They quickly diagnosed the problem, exjplained the solution clearly, and charge a very fair price. It is hard to find honest and reliable HAVC service, but Alpine delivered. Highly recommend Alpine! My 8-year-old AC unit (installed by Alpine) started leaking water during a heatwave. While other places quoted $150+ just for a service visit, Troy called me on a Saturday morning and diagnosed the issue over the phone using texted photos. He guided me step-by-step on how to clear the clogged condensation drain line and even called back to make sure I put the cover back on correctly. Excellent, honest customer service.
