Our 13 year old HVAC unit started breaking down and we went looking for a replacement. After talking to multiple installers, doing a deep dive on the various options available on the market, we ended up going with our initial services, Temperature Masters.
Not only did they offer us the best value for money, with 0% financing, they were fast, efficient and courteous. They offered and installed a modern heat pump system when other installers tried to steer us towards traditional systems; and when, a month after the system was in place, we had a minor issue, they came out and fixed it at no cost. Temperature Masters did a fantastic job at my home. You can see in the photos how clean, detailed, and professional the work came out, both inside and outside. The whole install team deserves a shoutout — everyone worked carefully, respectfully, and really knew what they were doing.
The electrician was especially impressive. Instead of tearing things apart, he only opened a few small ceiling spots in the basement, and their carpenter patched them up so cleanly you’d never know anything was touched.
