Had a leaking tankless WH and had 3 different plumbers take a look and gave me 3 different prices and timeframes to repair. The fastest was one week! All three tried to sell me a new unit from $3500- $4200. One said it would take 6-8 hours at $151 per to repair!! Their office called an hour later to say that the job was too much for them to handle. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a trustworthy, reliable, and competent plumber.They said Payless Plumbing.I called and they sent John. We contacted Payless Plumbing & Heating when we were having a problem with a new hot water heater installed with another company through our Home Warranty. John from Payless came & was extremely helpful and very informative explaining things to us that was never explained with the other company. He has also followed up with information that we did not receive before. Any problems we have in the future Payless Plumbing has our business. Thank you John
