John replaced an outside “water hose” that the previous owner created using a PVC pipe and a garden hose. He explained what caused the leak and what needed to be done. John corrected the problem by adding a hose bib and a much needed emergency shut off valve. His work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and was neater than what was previously there.
