Terrence was terrific. Very pleasant and professional. Informed my wife and I of things we did not know. I signed up with him for A/C tune-up and hope he is assigned the job. Will recommend Gold Medal to others.When I got this email I made a mistake and hit the option that said I was not satisfied. Please disregard. This was a mistake .
This is my third experience with Gold Medal, and they are professional, skillful and fantasticJames Robinson for plumbing, out of East Brunswick, called me on his way over. Gold Medal sent a text with his name and picture, before arrival. We had many jobs done, some were big and some were proactive to prevent issues (I initiated this request).I cannot praise James Robinson enough, he was meticulous, neat and helped solve a problem we had. I sent pictures of his work to a friend who is a plumber out of state, he was impressed. The price was very fair.James was determined to finish the job in one day, he had another Gold Medal truck come over with a part he needed!...read full review
This is my second review for Gold Medal. They had to come out and help me with a water line leak that flooded my home and my downstairs neighbor. Adam the technician was amazing! He was kind, knowledgable and very patient with the situation. It required two days and many hours. I was very thankful for Adam and all he did for me during this difficult situation. Thank you Gold Medal for hiring great people!
