I have been using Mike and Ernesto for the past 6 years. From the very first time he came out I immediately felt trust and confidence in the work that they do. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being overcharged. Most recently we were having trouble with our heat and he prioritized getting the parts and job done quickly in this cold weather. I will be a lifetime customer.
Wonderful experience with Air One Heating and Cooling Pros. My mom needed a new air conditioning unit and the owner Mike was awesome to work with and he went out of his way to make sure the job was completed on time. About a week later my mom then needed a new electric water heater and we called Air One again and the job was again completed without any issues.My thanks to Mike and his son and Ernesto for a job well done.Would recommend this company without any reservation ?Services: Install thermostat
My experience with Air One was a pleasure from start to finish. Both Mike the owner and Ernesto were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me. They didn't perform unnecessary work. They were completely honest and upfront about everything that was needed and what was not needed. I highly recommend them, and will call them every time!
