I am writing this on behalf of my parents who have used ICC for their heating and air conditioning needs over the last 5-6 years since they have moved into their 55+ over community. While I am not always there to help them, I call ICC whenever they have any issues or want to schedule a regular maintenance visit.
Five years ago when they first moved into their current home, my parents wanted to install a more energy efficient unit (at a higher cost).
