“Great work at a fair price. I had an unexpected HVAC issue at my unit in Cheesequake Village (Matawan/Old Bridge), and the HOA office recommended I contact Don. I’m very glad I did. He returned my call within an hour, came out the next day to diagnose the problem, and began repairs the following day. The job took several days, and he handled everything with skill and transparency. Don also coordinated with the HOA Maintenance team to address related work that needed to be done. After the project was completed, he followed up to make sure everything was running properly and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Don.“

“Our water heater broke and flooded the basement on early Sunday morning. Called them and Luciano was on emergency duty. He calmly walked me through what to do, and suggested a good local company for mitigating and drying up the flood (which should ideally be done asap to prevent mold), and scheduled a replacement for Monday. Later in Sunday afternoon, with the mitigation people already at work, the broken heater was leaking some more. It was time to call Luciano again and this time he offered to come and just replace the heater ---on a Sunday afternoon! He was so nice and helpful, and was willing to take hours off his Sunday to do so. Normally they don't do new installations on Sundays. Very pleased with Luciano's going above and beyond, and being so helpful.“

I joined the club membership that they have and for only $44 a month they change my air filters and humidifier pads, do safety inspections, check for gas and refrigerant leaks, clean the entire system avoiding deterioration, in that club they also include parts and repairs, they have 24/7 service, if you have an emergency they do everything possible to help you. The owner is a very honest person and always willing to help the client. I highly recommend Six Hvac, we have been their clients for many years and our ventilation system is excellent thanks to them. 5⭐️“

“Spoke with Tim initially and find him very professional and courteous. Aron showed up to examine our furnace. It took hardly a minute for him to find the issue. He was open and straight forward about the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He took care of the problem in a couple of minutes and left us with our home heated with very reasonable invoice.
Almost forgot to mention that they came like lightning in spite of the weekend evening.

“We had an emergency with our sink and garbage disposal, and, to make matters worse, it was during Memorial Day weekend.

Redding's was able to coordinate holiday / overnight emergency service.

Our plumber Stephen was excellent in all facets of the job. He called me back 15 minutes after the answering service took my call. He explained both the after-hours cost structure, and a likely time estimate related to that. He was candid, transparent, and wholly committed to making sure that I was informed before he put in the work order.

Stephen's communication style before and during the job was exemplary: he kept me appraised of his arrival time (we're in Princeton and he was coming from New Brunswick), and got all the details he needed from me to make sure he got the right tools at the shop.

The clog turned out to be a more involved job that originally thought, and it was only because Stephen brought the kind of tools (bigger, more powerful snake, etc.) that he thought he might need that he could fix the drain and disposal that night. His thoughtfulness and preparedness in getting the right gear was essential.

Stephen was a pro, and a super nice guy too. He explained the underlying issues behind the clog, and set up the system to work fine for the foreseeable future. My two young sons were *fascinated* by the evening's events and Stephen was really kind to answer their questions about his tools and how they worked.

Redding's was great -- they always are, we've used them many times -- and it's clear that Stephen is toward the top tier of their team.“
