Highly recommend this company. After multiple visits by the HVAC company that we have an all-inclusive, two year contract with, we were told that my mom's furnace could not be fixed and she would need a new one, which they quoted for $9K. Since the furnace was only 5 years old - we got a second opinion from Best. Their tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and identified the problem immediately and was able get the necessary part to fix it the same day. He went above and beyond to get my 93-year-old mom's heat working - coming out to the house at 9PM and did not leave until he made sure she would have heat overnight. I think that says it all. Tim is a true gentleman came out asap to diagnose our broken furnace… and took care by fixing the bad part in the furnace. I say gentleman because he did everything quick in this chilled weather so we can have heat at home.
