They offered and installed a modern heat pump system when other installers tried to steer us towards traditional systems; and when, a month after the system was in place, we had a minor issue, they came out and fixed it at no cost. “Let’s face it, major plumbing issues are scary. Add in trying to sell your home at the same time only adds to the stress. Thankfully, I saw several people in town recommending Mueller Plumbing and gave them a call. We required the main sewer line to be replaced. The team led by Brian showed up on time, assessed the issue quickly, and got us scheduled for the dig. On the day, again, they were here early. They understood our concerns about the yard becoming a mess given the home sale situation. Chris and Kevin went above and beyond to take extra special care with the yard and landscaping. They replaced the pipe, added a two way clean out, and got everything buttoned up same day, leaving the lawn in the best condition we could have asked for given the situation.
