“Great Newark location for wellness. Sound baths, Meditation, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch and other body dynamics. The beauty of it is that they include the mind and soul in the practices. I truly enjoyed the opening week and plan on getting a membership. The instructors are great. They truly live what they teach. They have access to bathroom and changing area. They have mats and gear. They have lockers also for small items.An amazing experience.“
