Modo Yoga NYC

I live in the west village and I have tried every hot yoga place in the area and beyond. I did class pass and every trial. I tell my friends I did the research so they don’t have to. Modo is the best hot yoga in the city. Usually at other studios there’s a few instructors that are good and those classes are hard to get into. That’s not the case with modo: every instructor hits. Each one is skilled, offers new energy, and makes me aware of my body in new ways. It’s a friendly and clean vibes as well. Not too wuwu. Not too intense, but still a solid workout or wind down. I am a dedicated member of the studio and have always enjoyed the unique atmosphere and positive energy that Modo Yoga NYC offers. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience and express some concerns that have left me feeling disappointed.In the past, one of the aspects I loved most about Modo Yoga NYC was the intense heat and the incorporation of humidity during classes. Unfortunately, I have noticed a recent change where the room is not kept as hot for as long, and the use of humidity seems to be minimal or nonexistent. 200 classes later - I can say with absolute confidence that Modo yoga is the best yoga studio in NYC. Exceptional teachers. Diverse class schedule. Clean studio. I recommend this studio to anyone seeking a genuine yoga experience. ??‍♀️??
