Today I met up with Jonathan to sign up and agreed to have my first free session and it was really amazing. From beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and such a great coach.Totally recommend training with Jonathan.I’m very satisfied.

I only utilize LA Fitness for the Aqua Fitness classes. I've been to several locations and today was my first timeat Newark's location and I was very pleased upon just walking in.As far as the Aqua Fitness class, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would and I'm going to give the instructor, JAMAL 10+++++ stars. The workout was AWESOME...cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength and the music was ON POINT. I will definitely put my schedule into Jamal's schedule; he provided exactly what I was looking for. THEE BEST Aqua Fitness class I have ever attended. Hats off to you Sir. THANK YOU ?

I have been attending this gym for about two years now and it never disappoints. It’s clean and spacious. There’s a range of free weights, workout stations, etc. the staff is always friendly and encouraging. I would definitely recommend this gym…. It also has a pool and a sauna.
