My best friend and I go to the Sunday 9am class with Grace every week and we love it. Grace is honestly such a great instructor. Her classes are super welcoming, encouraging, and still challenging in a good way.
I also really like how inclusive the environment feels. Sometimes there are professional yoga teachers taking class too, which is honestly really inspiring, but Grace still makes sure everyone feels comfortable no matter their experience level.

I absolutely love Grace’s 9 AM yoga class. She’s such a great instructor, welcoming, encouraging, and makes the class enjoyable for every level. The atmosphere is so warm and positive, and everyone there is super friendly. It’s the perfect way to start the morning, and I always leave feeling better both mentally and physically. 🩷
First time cold plunging and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it ended up being a great experience. I’ve been getting back into sports and wanted something to help with recovery, so I decided to give it a shot at Juniper. The initial shock is real, but once you settle in it actually feels pretty refreshing and energizing. Afterward I felt way less sore and more loose than usual, like my body reset a bit. Definitely something I’ll keep doing as I get more active again. If you’re athletic or getting back into training, it’s 100% worth trying at least once.
