Great classes Monday & Wednesday! Shannon class was awesome the intermediate level and Teresa’s class Wednesday the beginner awesome her Sunday class just as great . Whatever level you are at these classes are perfect for any yogi ??
Participated in a Sound bath last night with Teresa and Teddy. It was AMAZING!! The studio is beautiful and Teresa is a beautiful soul, very compassionate to others, passionate about the studio and professional. Always a great experience.
The yoga sound bath class was magical! I felt relaxed and transformed. The studio is clean and inviting and Teresa is a wonderful & gracious host. I can’t wait to attend another event!
