“I came here for the Drawing on Intuition and Intention workshop instructed by Suman Patnaik. This was my first time at Shakti Yoga & Living Arts and let me just say it definitely will not be my last. The workshop that was led by Suman was great and peaceful. The studio is clean and the atmosphere of Shakti yoga is great. I recommend taking any workshop led by Suman Patnaik but I’m pretty sure any of the workshops held at Shakti Yoga & Living Arts would be great. I’m hoping to return for sure because it was worth!”
