Im in my 50s, I have owned many properties and I have worked with many contractors and professionals, but I have rarely if ever had such a positive experience. These guys treated me like family. The pricing was super fair, they went well beyond what they promised paying attention to every detail. They were punctual, kept the work area clean, did superior work and explained everything to me as they went. When they were done all my questions were answered and I felt like I was important to them. Major shout-outs to Aldo, Frank, Ed, Angelo and Lou all of whomever I would welcome into my home as trusted friends anytime. “I rarely take the time to post reviews but when a company has the most amazing customer service as focus does, I must leave one. They fixed an issue about 10 days ago for us. Such a great experience. Honest, neat, and explained everything to me. my husband was working so I needed to explain things to him later. Then yesterday I called regarding a noise we never heard and thought maybe it was related to last week's repair. They were here in 30 minutes, found the issue (not related to first repair) and explained it all again to me so well and off they went. No chanrge, just a smile the whole time. I felt like the moron becausw it was such a simple thing. Thank you focus, from the amazing and cheerful customer service you receive when you call to the amazing service provided.

“We used Filan & Conner for installation of two toilets. They were actually early in arriving, they took great care in removing the old toilets and installing the new ones, and the work was neat and professional. We then used them for installation of a garbage disposal, and that was also a great job. I was very impressed by the care the installer used in keeping the house clean. I'd use them for any of the services they offer!

We also used them in 2025 for another toilet, and we were very pleased with the promptness of the arrival, their care in keeping things clean, and the work they did. They're our go-to plumbing people!“
