Im in my 50s, I have owned many properties and I have worked with many contractors and professionals, but I have rarely if ever had such a positive experience. These guys treated me like family. The pricing was super fair, they went well beyond what they promised paying attention to every detail. They were punctual, kept the work area clean, did superior work and explained everything to me as they went. When they were done all my questions were answered and I felt like I was important to them. Major shout-outs to Aldo, Frank, Ed, Angelo and Lou all of whomever I would welcome into my home as trusted friends anytime. “My heater went down overnight on one of the coldest mornings of the year. Bovio/Rubino arrived 45 minutes before the 4-hour window I was given originally which was really amazing. James was the service tech and he was perfect. Very professional and got us up and running in no time. Emergency service call and part replacement for under $300. “Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. By the close of business Friday, I had my choice of proposals and an appointment for Monday morning. Dan made sure that I understood what was wrong & my options, and even loaned us a space heater for the weekend! Bob, Paul, Andrew, & Robert all were here this morning, and were professional & efficient while doing the work, so I’m now enjoying my newly warm home. “We used Filan & Conner for installation of two toilets. They were actually early in arriving, they took great care in removing the old toilets and installing the new ones, and the work was neat and professional. We then used them for installation of a garbage disposal, and that was also a great job. I was very impressed by the care the installer used in keeping the house clean. I'd use them for any of the services they offer!

We also used them in 2025 for another toilet, and we were very pleased with the promptness of the arrival, their care in keeping things clean, and the work they did. They're our go-to plumbing people!“

Everyone I spoke to or dealt with in person or on the phone has been nothing but professional, friendly, know their craft, and has exceptional workmanship. What started out which I thought was going to be a simple job turned into a bigger one. The owner, Pete was at my home within an hour after receiving a call from Joe R about the situation with a rotting subfloor and excessive damage. After evaluating the situation, he made a phone call and within an hour three additional Sanders workers were at my home preparing and fixing the bathroom. They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. 10/15/2025 : Now that the weather is cooler, it's time to let everyone know that we are EXTREMELY happy with the heat the system provides. We have a separate unit installed in the bedroom and we are very impressed with the level of noise ( or to be exact the lack of noise) when it runs. I'll probably will come back to add more comment again after I get the electric bill next month.“

“For the first summer in years, the second floor is cool enough to sleep comfortably. I'd gotten 3 quotes on new air conditioning and went with Price's Plumbing. Chris suggested a separate upstairs arrangement--mini splits--and I sure am glad I tried them. One company was going to put units on the inside wall of each bedroom and go through the exterior wall for each one. Chris managed to put my entire apparatus up in the attic, with a small vent in each ceiling for the cool air to come through. I keep it set at 80, and still it is pleasant upstairs. With the extreme heat so far this summer, this was a wonderful idea, and Chris not only did a masterful job of installing the minisplits--when my main AC quit suddenly, he came out immediately to see what was wrong and fixed the problem, even though I know he was being run ragged with everyone needing AC at once. Thank you, Chris Mitchell!!“
