Shevin was excellent! I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed toilet wax ring. He explained everything clearly, completed the repair efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my home. Guys that came out to give us estimate were professional/friendly/knowledgeable. We have a waterline leak which is very costly and have been getting prices from multiple repair companies out of necessity. I gave them 4 stars do to the professionalism with the estimate process and not 5 due to us not having the work done as we are waiting for sonar scanning and also out of three quotes they were the higher end by several thousand. On a plus they do offer financing for those that need.
