I was welcomed with a chilled wet cloth for my hands and a glass of iced tea—such a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Slippers and a soft linen garment were provided before the session, adding to the luxurious experience.
The massage itself was outstanding—aromatherapy, expert hands, and deeply rejuvenating stretches that left me feeling balanced, relaxed, and totally restored. Afterward, I was treated to a beautifully presented tray of hot tea and delicate rolled cookies. Every detail was thoughtful and elevated.

Megan was great! The right amount of intensity and core work as I am returning from a hip injury. She was very attentive and gave adaptations when needed.
Megan has got a great energy and demeanor and she’s an excellent knowledgeable teacher. She helps you use the out breathing to directly strengthen your core. She understands the importance of focusing on the engaged parts of your body, as you do the exercises and of visualizing it while feeling it, whether it’s the direction of your tailbone or the expanding of the ribs, she helps you understand more deeply. She really knows her stuff.

From the first lesson, she choreographed piece-by-piece an elegant yet simple enough dance to woo our family and friends. They absolutely loved our first dance!She even accommodated our parents and taught them a collaborative parents dance, which our wedding guests absolutely adored. Dancing was never my specialty but we are so happy to have found Alexandra at OT Dance Studio. She is professional, great at what she does, and responsive when scheduling. They don't just help resolve your pain/issue, they spend the time to understand the root cause and give you exercises so the pain doesn't come back. I've had various issues over many years but have never had to get physical therapy for the same problem - just fabulous. Also the practice has convenient hours so you can go before work or after. I can't recommend Central Park Physical Therapy enough - their knowledge, their approach and their support are just great.“

The instructors, Tanisha and Valerie, are both amazing. Their vinyasa classes are gentle with a smooth flow that is perfect for those new to yoga. But don't let that fool you, even if you're an experienced yogi, you'll still find their classes challenging and rewarding.
One of the things I love about Tanisha and Valerie's classes is that they really allow you to feel and breathe into the pose. They take the time to explain each pose in detail and they offer modifications for those who need them. This ensures that everyone can participate and benefit from the class, regardless of their level of experience. They also have complimentary yoga mats and blocks available for each class.
I also appreciate the overall atmosphere at SW3AT. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The infrared saunas and salt cave are a nice bonus.
Overall, I highly recommend SW3AT to anyone looking for a great yoga experience. The instructors are top-notch, the studio is welcoming, and the classes are challenging yet accessible. I'm so glad I found this place!“

“My husband and I completed our first 5 sessions, having no prior experience and not knowing what to expect. The sessions are excellent, driven by considerate instructors showing kind patience and providing much guidance. No one is left to flounder around on the reformer, which takes getting used to. This is an ideal way to move all your muscles and joints in a manner that feels gentle but super effective, and we plan to soon move from just a weekly session to far more. The front desk is extremely helpful and resourceful and always greets with a smile. We highly recommend Club Pilates in Edgewater.“
