Excellent facility with great staff. Having been to another studio previously, I feel I know the difference between caring instructors and front office personel from ones that are not of the highest caliber. Really glad I changed studios and ended up here in Edgewater.
Valentina is amazing! Her specific movements have assisted in healing and strengthening my hips as I had a hip impingement. She is very connected to mind body and the meditation towards the end of class is magical!❤
Faye is undoubtedly one of the sweetest, most caring and fluent instructors. She varies each class, pushes a little harder each time and guides each person, as they require. A true professional, loves what she does and her classes derive the benefit.
