instructors are terrific- ask around for they have varying levels of intensity. Preferred over Pure Barre who harasses you non stop. watch out they charged me a no show fee when I did show i classes are small the other athletes are nice and welcoming.

The best barre workout in the city. Better than Pure Barre. You really get the bang for your buck and the owner is truly kind! Can’t recommend more. I’m a tough barre critic and it’s my favorite barre studio due to the effectiveness. I felt like a million bucks afterward don’t hesitate!

This is such a beautiful studio! The entrance is around the corner on 3rd/68th. The staff and instructor (shoutout to Rachel!) were so friendly and kind. They made my experience here special. There are lockers, changing stalls, and a bathroom before you enter the studio (there are 2). The main one has beautiful natural lighting. When I entered, every mat was set up with the balls and cords already. The class was very intimate (just me and another person). I felt like I had a great workout and it was a great start to my day. Rachel was attentive and would correct me on my form.
