“I had a lovely experience with SantaAir Heating and Air. The AC at my house went out Thursday evening. We called our normal HVAC company to come fix it on Friday morning, and we were told it would be Monday before anyone could come out to help.

I looked around and eventually ended up calling SantaAir - the lady I spoke with (whose name I unfortunately forgot to write down) was really pleasant and helpful, and she got us scheduled for a visit from a technician to see us after 1 PM. We were in luck, because our service technician, Tyler, was able to show up even earlier (he arrived at noon).

Tyler was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and he got our HVAC system working again within an hour. He explained everything that was needed and gave us the pricing options, and at no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on higher tier services. He explicitly recommended the lower tiers based on his knowledge. It was very refreshing to work with someone who seemed to care about us as customers.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service and the work that was done, and would happily use SantaAir again! I can definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAC system.“

Decided to get a second opinion. Contacted Thermo Direct (glad I did) and scheduled a consult for the next day. Prior to arrival, they reach out via text/email with a link that allows you track how far the tech is out. The tech Philip arrived within a reasonable time. He examined the hot water heater and explained things in layman terms. Once done, I was shown pricing options with additional warranty option, with no pressure to make a decision right away. I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy.
