“Very professional. Had the issue with old AC and asked the AIR QUALITY team to come and inspect not just that ac but furnace and other units. They were very host in their recommendation and only suggested what was needed. Installed the new ac unit and provided the timely quote as well as able to install the system in a week. “I had a lovely experience with SantaAir Heating and Air. The AC at my house went out Thursday evening. We called our normal HVAC company to come fix it on Friday morning, and we were told it would be Monday before anyone could come out to help.

I looked around and eventually ended up calling SantaAir - the lady I spoke with (whose name I unfortunately forgot to write down) was really pleasant and helpful, and she got us scheduled for a visit from a technician to see us after 1 PM. “We've been using Air Works since 2008. We first called on Air Works when we had no air conditioning and our former HVAC company couldn't help us anytime soon, even though they had recently replaced one of our systems. Although we had never used Air Works before, they promptly helped us out.

We've been using them ever since for all of our scheduled maintenance as well as for break-fixes.

“My A/C compressor broke in the summer of course, 95 degrees outside. So I call residential HVAC they answer and told they would be there the same day. Jose arrived check the system and gave me an estimated on replacing the compressor, which he told it was in warranty, of upgrading the outside and inside system. Of the upgrade was from 2 ton to 2.5 tons, save electricity bill , so I decided to upgrade the a/c . It was Wednesday and Friday Jose came with his team to upgrade the system, they were finished by 5 A/C working beautiful. Very clean work and very satisfied. They scheduled the City inspection, everything passed. Recommended them anytime.“
