Coats HVAC really has superior customer service in mind. Matt was quick to diagnose the issue and recommended a repair not a replacement like everyone else. WOW!!! We were so happy. We recommend Coats HVAC to anyone in the RTP area needed HVAC service.
Awesome same day service!!!! We called in the morning because we thought our A/C unit was not cooling properly. Chris came over that afternoon and thoroughly diagnosed our unit. Luckily we didn't need repairs but we definitely found a company we will use for all of our servicing. Excellent service!!!!!
