We called another septic tank company around 8am the day of service and was told they’d come by 2. They never showed. Reached out to this company & not only did they give timely updates regarding their arrival, they came the same day & fixed all issues!!! He came out at night, quickly repaired the damage and could not have been more gracious about it. He left the house after 9pm for another call. My mother in law (her house) has used them for 28 years. They never have let her down. I can not recommend them enough.“

I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy. Eddie was very friendly, willing to work with the warranty company to ensure I had no payment out of pocket, and was careful not to damage my plants in the yard. The work was done on time and as promised. Will likely work with these guys again!

The only suggestion I have is slightly better communication - they actually showed up before their scheduled arrival, so I was lucky that I hadn't left for work.“

“Tony from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup was fantastic. He came out to unclog two drains and was incredibly honest, efficient, and quick. He took the time to educate me on what to do—and what not to do—to help keep my drains clean and prevent future issues, which I really appreciated.

It was absolutely pouring rain that day, and despite the weather, Tony was extremely respectful of my home. He made sure everything stayed clean and tidy throughout the entire process and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
