Dalton was super with communication and had to work through existing shower tile with minimal tile removal/repair. He was able to recommend a really good tile guy to repair the pieces that had to be removed. Once the tile guy finished his repair (~4hrs.), Dalton came back through the next day (tile had to set/dry) to install the new shower handle and shower spout. I stayed in constant touch with the ACME dispatcher and Dalton throughout the process. Thank you.“
