“I was having an issue with my 1st level Heating unit not coming on December 27th Am. I reached out to Mike at Real Cool Heating Air, I explained my dilemma and he advised he was a bit swamped at the time. However, he gave me a quick suggestion on how to get it back on, after giving it a go I realized I needed an expert. With in an hour, Mike did a follow up and called and me back to see If I had any success. We set apt for Monday December 30th 8am. He and Ethan arrived on time, tools in hand. diagnosed my furnace issues, educated me on the specifics and got the repair done. My Home is back nice and warm! These guys are AWESOME! “I was impressed. Called Chad Love Services after another company came out and immediately tried to sell me a new system without even taking care of the primary issue.
Brandon came out 90 minutes ahead of the time promised. He looked over everything and fixed the problem....and the cost was reasonable. Also educated me on other issues. Definite 5 star service! I'm calling CLS when it's time to replace my units. Thanks Brandon!

“Our AC unit that we purchased from AirCare just a few years ago stopped working at the end of March. A tech came out 4/1/25 and had to order a motherboard. They were scheduled to come back April 7 to complete the repair and didn’t show or call during the timeframe given. When my husband who had been home waiting called they said they didn’t come because it was raining. They rescheduled for the next day, and once the motherboard was installed it apparently now says we need a new compressor and condenser. So now we’re waiting on these parts to arrive. I called today (4/10/25) because after the no show I have little faith in the communication from them but they are still waiting for parts to arrive. The person I spoke with was friendly and assured me they will call when it is all ready. Rated 3 stars for now, hoping this gets resolved and we have no more problems with the unit or the service. We spent a lot of money on this York unit a few years ago for it to have this level of problems. Thankful it is still under warranty and the weather cooled a bit. Will update when the work is done.
Update: Replaced the compressor and condenser and then needed yet another part, but work was completed April 30th/May 1. They did try to get us a whole new unit but the maker, I guess York, declined because they would rather replace every part in the unit. I don't think it was the fault of Air Care but communication on what was happening could have been better. Right before Easter on Good Friday when we were having a heat wave and waiting on parts they did bring us a couple portable units so we could be comfortable and I was so very appreciative of that. Our unit is still working and cooling so hopefully that will last! Overall I think Air Care is a good company and I was so much happier when they brought the portable air units so I upgraded the rating to 4 star. Unfortunately now we're having to look for a new upstairs unit and making price comparisons, I would go with Air Care again if the prices are competitive but not sure I would get a York.“

“My fan was not blowing air, I have a heat pump..I called Air Repair on Monday morning, within an hour my technician (Ben ) called said was on his way, he told me I needed a fan motor, he shopped the part, told me he would be back in afternoon, he returned and did repair..price was very fair, service excellent and Ben my technician went above and beyond to get best price on fan motor. Highly recommend Air Repair..thank you!“

Lance arrived, diagnosed the problem and didn't try any cheesy up sells - just did the job right and charged a fair price.
