Super easy. Super convenient. Text updates the whole time to let me know who my technician was. With a name and a picture. They showed up on time. They fixed my problem. And they left very quickly. The price was extremely affordable.
We have used Travis Crawford for our HVAC and our plumbing for 5 years now. Every tech we have had has been fantastic. Thorough and explains everything they have done. Also able to answer my questions in a language I understand. They never try to sell me anything without actually showing me the worn part or explaining the issue completely. Our tech today, Edwin is the most personable and knowledgeable guy! He took video of our furnace operating and explained why everything was working as it should. My only concern is that I have been hearing a lot more ads on radio for and by Travis Crawford. That is always a warning sign to me that prices will go up to cover that overhead.
Josh Mason was an exceptional professional. He took the time to explain the operation of my system and what needed to be done. Although there were problems he took the time to find the answers and stayed longer than anticipated to make certain that my wife & I were not going to be cold. This included my dog and a cage full of tiny finches that cannot survive cold weather. From what I had previously heard, Travis Crawford is an excellent HVAC company. Highly recommend...
