I bought my Trane Air Conditioner from Dulin Mechanical over 10 years ago and could not be happier with the unit and this company. Yesterday in the blistering heat there was an issue so of course I called them. They responded immediately and in no time my house was cool again.Thank You to Colby the tech for a great quick repair. Mr Dulin and the entire staff have been exceptional for customer care over all these years and I highly recommend this company.
I chose Dulin Mechanical a dozen years ago when I purchased my A/C system because they had a good reputation and good reviews, and their pricing was very fair. Since then, their service has been excellent. I have not needed any repairs, but I have their maintenance contract and when they come out to do their spring and fall tuneups, they are on time, they call to let you know when they’re on their way, and their technicians are friendly and professional.
Dulin Mechanical has my highest recommendation with full 5/5 star rating. Starting with the estimate for the job, explaining the options, fair pricing, quick turn around for the install and follow up service as needed, I was 100% happy with the project.
Chance Williams was knowledgeable and professional, patiently answering all questions re: the difference systems in order to make the correct choice for my home. He came to the sight on both days during the install and personally took care of some minor tweaks after the install.
