We hired BCT to conduct a due diligence inspection on a property we are purchasing. Josh was extremely thorough and walked me through the details so that I could make an informed decision. While he was there inspecting, he noticed an issue that needed immediate attention and fixed it for the current owner. I highly recommend using them, and will certainly retain them on a quarterly basis for HVAC maintenance.

Would highly recommend Blue Collar Trades for anyone who needs HVAC or handyman work done. We were having trouble with the LED lights in our coworking space, and Josh was super responsive and on the scene in an instant. He saved the day, since we had a customer coming in first thing that morning to use the conference space. Definitely recommend!
