Every step of the way, these people were professional and thorough with running a new gas line and hooking up our new gas range! They also had the best price out of 3 prices we got.

Charlotte H&A were GREAT!Our heat went out late at night when it was 20 degrees outside. They had Caleb here at 10am the following morning and he was great to work with; he found the issue right away, was very courteous and honest and found a resolution for us. The part had to be ordered and they offered to install it same-day, but due to my availability I had to schedule the installation for the following morning.Mark was at our home by 8am and had the part installed and our house warming up by 8:30am. I was very impressed with the serviceman from Charlotte Heating and Air. He demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and gave me some very helpful comments. He was thorough, respectful, and gave me honest up-front feedback. I am waiting for a quote and l feel confident it will be a fair and conservative price based on his comments.
