K1 got to me on the SAME day I called!! He let me know when he would be here and was prompt! Evaluated my dryer, ordered part and all is taken care of.

Kris was available and on time to help us through a refrigerator dying. He was thorough with his exploration before letting me know it would cost more to repair than replace. I appreciate his honesty and not letting me settle for a temporary fix when it would’ve only lasted short term.
