Our AC unit that we purchased from AirCare just a few years ago stopped working at the end of March. A tech came out 4/1/25 and had to order a motherboard. They were scheduled to come back April 7 to complete the repair and didn’t show or call during the timeframe given. When my husband who had been home waiting called they said they didn’t come because it was raining. They rescheduled for the next day, and once the motherboard was installed it apparently now says we need a new compressor and condenser. So now we’re waiting on these parts to arrive.
