“Let me start by saying that I know I can be a difficult customer. I have a technical background and I have been wronged by contractors in the past. As such, I ask a lot of questions and don't trust a lot of people to work on my house. As a result, when I am happy with a company, people tend to trust my opinion. Trident Mechanical has installed two full HVAC systems at my house. Tristan and Michael worked on both of those systems. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is hard to find these days. They make a great team, always cleaning up after themselves and always being courteous and conscientious of my home. I was asking Tristan many questions throughout the install and he was always very patient and accommodating to explain everything he was doing. He often asked what my preferences were to try to meet my very high expectations. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I would definitely do business with Trident Mechanical again and recommend them to friends and family as well.“
