Our AC had been out for almost a week in what seemed like the hottest week of the summer. We had already had another company come out twice to look at our unit and they did not seem to share our urgency in getting it fixed. They ultimately said we needed a new unit. We decided to get another quote. We were lucky to find Lance and he came out the next morning. He reassured me he would look at everything and would not leave until I had my AC back that day! He agreed a new unit was necessary but he was able to do the job for ~$2,000 less than the other company as he was giving us what we needed and not trying to sell us something extra. Lance showed up and took care of all my issues. I didn't feel like I was being lied too about anything and he is a 100% straight up good guy! Would recommend for anyone looking to have any kind of repairs or full systems installed!Service: HVAC system maintenance

Called Polar Air for an issue when the A/C stopped working, and couldn’t be happier with the service. I called early morning, and Lance was at the house a few hours later with the fix. He was very professional, friendly, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. Prices seemed very reasonable. I’ve got my go-to company for any future heating and cooling needs!
