Lance (& Bob) are good people. Lance is energetic and follows thru on his commitments. They served my home's needs extremely well. I am 'off the charts' picky about things being done correctly and cannot find fault with their work!

Beyond thrilled to have found Lance and Polar Air. He came within a day after we reached out and took the time to listen to our problem. After he diagnosed the issue, he took the time to explain to me why it was happening and how he was going to fix it. It's only been a day and my air conditioning has already improved. So glad to have found someone that I can actually trust.

I can't recommend this company enough! I've been struggling with humidity issues that my previous company could never figure out. Lance came and took so much time investigating. He was incredibly thorough and explained things to me in such detail. Turns out he was able to pinpoint the problem and things are already better!
