“Our AC had been out for almost a week in what seemed like the hottest week of the summer. We had already had another company come out twice to look at our unit and they did not seem to share our urgency in getting it fixed. They ultimately said we needed a new unit. We decided to get another quote. We were lucky to find Lance and he came out the next morning. He reassured me he would look at everything and would not leave until I had my AC back that day! He agreed a new unit was necessary but he was able to do the job for ~$2,000 less than the other company as he was giving us what we needed and not trying to sell us something extra. As promised, he worked his butt off that day and we had our AC back on that night. Not only was his pricing fair, he was a great guy who I feel you can trust. He was very straightforward and I am so thankful we found him. Would use him 10x over and recommend to anyone!“
