“We use Air One for our regular HVAC maintenance, and after this week, I’m incredibly grateful we do.

We had an AC issue come up after normal business hours and initially had to call another 24/7 company. Unfortunately, after two service calls within a week we were left without AC again and still didn’t have a clear understanding of what was causing the problem.

At this point, I reached out to Air One desperate for help. Billy was kind enough to come out after normal closing time, even though he absolutely didn’t have to. Billy not only got our AC working again but took the time to explain our system, what had happened, what likely caused it, and why we had continued having issues.

After a very frustrating week, I am so incredibly grateful for Air One and Billy. We are so glad we use them for our maintenance and HVAC repairs and truly appreciate them going out of their way to help us.“
