“Great company. We've used a few different HVAC companies in Charlotte and some of them have high pressure sales techniques or always have the latest thing they want to try and sell you. However, Charlotte Heating & Air are amazing. They do good, honest work. They came by today and did regular maintenance and I've had people clean my heat pump before but they went the extra mile and spent well over 2 hours dismantling and thoroughly cleaning the unit.
