It was a very pleasant meeting, friendly and without an aggressive selling approach. He came prepared with brochures and answered all of my questions so I purchased a highly rated Trane heat pump from him. The owner and his son came on installation day to get things started. The installers were very neat, conscientious and customer oriented. They put in an incredible effort working around schedules to complete this project in a timely manner. The new heat pump installation looks fantastic and it is working very well. This was the first time that I did business with Cole's Comfort Contractors and I could not be happier!
