Let me start by saying that I know I can be a difficult customer. I have a technical background and I have been wronged by contractors in the past. As such, I ask a lot of questions and don't trust a lot of people to work on my house. As a result, when I am happy with a company, people tend to trust my opinion. Trident Mechanical has installed two full HVAC systems at my house. Tristan and Michael worked on both of those systems. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is hard to find these days. Really happy with my experience with Trident HVAC Systems. Sean took the time to come out, look over the space, and actually take the time to understand the whole situation rather than just giving me a quick answer.
He gave me several options for moving forward and even followed up with me a few times afterward to see how things were going. That kind of follow-through really stood out.
Great company, great service, and really easy to work with. Definitely top notch. I’ll be calling Trident again for any HVAC work I need down the road.
