The folks on the Patterson team who replaced our 25 year old HVAC with a new one were extremely professional, kind, polite, and friendly. They took the time to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how to operate the control panel for it (which is quite easy). They replaced the unit on a very cold and windy day.We were truly grateful for their help and for the warmth the new unit provides!
My furnace was having issues blowing hot air and for the life of me I could not figure out why. It was running, but for some reason my A/C was running as well and blowing cold air. I called Patterson Heating and Air Condition as I have a maintenance plan with them already and Cody came out that day within an hour. He figured out the issue was a thermostat problem immediately and reset the thermostat and fixed the problem. He also let me know exactly why it happened and what to look out for and troubleshoot in the future in case it happened again so I can fix it myself. Great company with great people working there.
