“Chris Brady was the assigned technician. Knowledgeable, efficient, customer oriented.Update: Chris was on emergency callout on 03MAR24. I had an issue with thermostat control of my heat pump. Chris arrived promptly, went to work troubleshooting my issue, solicited advice from a fellow technician (teamwork!!), and came to a successful resolution. Additionally, he performed semiannual preventative maintenance/inspections on both indoor and outdoor units. Chris provided me with detailed notes of all work and inspections performed. “I was experiencing cooler air flow in bed room and bathroom spaces compared to the rest of my home. Beaver Brothers confirmed the trunk lines were inadequately designed.
